Consumer Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty extends to the original consumer only and is not transferable.

We provide the following warranties on our products purchased by a consumer directly from us. Unless otherwise stated, this warranty begins on the date of the original retail sale and continues for as long as the original consumer owns and properly maintains the product.

To obtain a replacement product under this warranty, contact us at support@ricordami.com. Once you have filed a warranty claim, we will instruct you on the process to be followed. Proof of satisfaction of warranty criteria is required for warranty claims in the event it is requested by us.

THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO OUR PRODUCT(S) IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT(S) DIRECTLY FROM US.

What is covered:

• Replacement. During the warranty period, we will replace the product with the same product when possible. If the product is not in stock or no longer available you will receive an option to select from similar products of comparable value. Where permitted by law there shall be a small processing fee of 10% of the product value or $100 whichever is less, shipping and handling charges will also apply.

Eligibility for warranty coverage:

Only preserved arrangement florals and gold dipped roses are eligible for warranty coverage.  Additionally, in order to be eligible for warranty coverage, you must care for your product(s) as follows:

• Store the product(s) at a humidity level of at least 40% or more.
• Store the product indoors, away from prolonged direct sunlight.

What is Not Covered (Exclusions and Limitations):

The warranty does not provide coverage for the following:

• Non floral items. Only preserved arrangement florals and gold dipped roses are eligible for warranty coverage.
• Water damage of any type.
• Sun damage caused by direct sunlight exposure to the product(s) for prolonged periods of time.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. (Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.)

Limitation on the Duration of Implied Warranties:

The duration of implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited to the shorter of the warranty period stated in this document or the minimum duration required by state law.

Some states do not allow the limitation of implied warranties, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
