Refunds and Returns

Floral Arrangements: All sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued.

All other products:  We are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy on all non-floral arrangement products that we sell.  For a refund of the product cost, you must return the product(s) in new, undamaged condition.  You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Please contact us at support@ricordami.com for assistance with a return.

Damaged Products:  If your product arrives damaged, then please contact us within 3-days of receipt of the damaged product to arrange for a replacement.  To be eligible for replacement, you must provide photographic evidence that the product arrived in damaged condition.  Please contact us at support@ricordami.com for assistance with a damage claim. 

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once we have begun processing your order or 24 hours after the order has been placed since we reserve your product and remove it from our inventory available to sell on our site, thank you for your understanding. However, you are welcome to contact us to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not, we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs. Any changes to, or cancellation of, an order can only be made with our prior written approval and additional charges may apply. Any agreement to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of any and all costs, charges and expenses already incurred by us to that point, and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to us.

Price Match Guarantee

At Ricordami, we are committed to offering our customers the best value. Accordingly, should you purchase a product from us and find that its price has been reduced within three days following your purchase, we are pleased to offer a credit for the price difference. This credit will be provided in the form of a promotional gift card. To qualify for this adjustment, customers must reach out to us within a 72-hour window from the time of purchase. It is important to note that these promotional gift cards are valid for use within a 90-day period.

Furthermore, should you apply a coupon to a purchase and later discover a more advantageous coupon within 24 hours of your transaction, we will issue a credit for the difference, also in the form of a promotional gift card. These promotional gift cards are subject to the same 90-day validity period. Customers are required to contact Ricordami to request this price adjustment within a 24-hour timeframe following their purchase to be eligible.

Delivery; Risk of Loss

DELIVERY DATES PROVIDED TO YOU ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Delivery of any product hereunder shall be deemed to occur when we provide the product to the carrier. Title to and risk of loss of all products sold hereunder shall pass to you when we provide the product to the carrier, and shall be solely your responsibility.  Additionally, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit.
